Predatorothology

I'm in episode 3 of Hemlock Grove and got curious about the term 'predatorothology'. Then Google told me there were literally 0 search results. That's ridiculous. Makes no sense whatsoever.

The werewolf transformation in episode 2 was the most visually striking & goriest one I've ever seen - and the show has thus far kept my attention piqued independently of that scene - so I'll continue to give it a go.

However, for all you Netflix subscribers out there, I'd highly recommend checking out these shows first (if you haven't already):

  1. I did exactly the same thing that you did. And I agree, Netflix is putting out some interesting stuff these days. I also highly recommend "House of Cards."

    1. Haha, nice. Yes, HoC received rave reviews and I plan to check it out eventually - but paranormal // sci-fi is my preferred genre and I just discovered Continuum (2012 series) - which is fantastic!

Stick with Hemlock Grove - I think the critics are on drugs and/or didn't actually watch the entire series - it's pretty damn good. LMK what you think.

  2. I'm also on episode 3 and, so far, I'm still into it. I did the same thing in googling "predatorothology" I laughed inwardly when I heard the good doctor actually say it, but then on the rare chance it was something I hadn't ever heard of, I decided to check it out. That lead me here.
I liked the werewolf transformation in episode 2. You're correct about it being possibly the goriest transformation scene ever, but it was original, anyway.
I'll see if Continuum is on Netflix. I don't have access to any other subscriptions right now. Thanks for that tip.
And yes, HoC is a great first season. It left me wanting more.
